Postage & Delivery
Postage and delivery charges are based upon the size and weight of each order. This will be calculated at the checkout stage. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days. The maximum charge for mainland UK delivery is £7.50.
Delivery is usually made by UK carrier so please add any special instructions when ordering.

Easy Tile Neken Ltd will replace any item damaged upon receipt as long as it is reported within 28 days of you receiving the goods. At ‘Easy Tile’ we pride ourselves on all aspects of the products and services we offer and are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a ten year guarantee to all customers purchasing 'Easy Tile' wall tile panels.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase of the Easy Tile tiling product. However in the extremely unlikely event of a problem we offer a 10 year guarantee on the fitted installation. Providing you have follow the installation instructions and have used Easy Tile adhesive and grout we guarantee against material decay or failure within 10 years of original purchase. Please retain your sale receipt as this will be required in all cases. The guarantee extends to the tiles, adhesive and grout purchased from Easy Tile only and does not extend to the fabric of the building or customers own fixtures and fittings.
